A twenty-two year old woman was admitted on August 1961, because of painful swelling of the left lower jaw, which was diagnosed as osteoma of the mandibular bone. Two years after the removal of this tumor, recurrent new growth was found on the same place and metastatic one in the unilateral cervical lymphnode, and was extirpated operatively. Microscopic examination disclosed that this neoplasma was a kind of malignant osteoblastoma and extremely uncommon on the medical literature.
