• Heémolox, alginic acid type absorbable hemostatic agent, was used in case of 173 tooth extractions, 32 of which were performed with alveolectomia simultaneously, and other 12 operations in surgery of the mouth and jaw with favorable hemostatic results.Hemostasis was particularly marked when used in superficial capillary bleeding.
