A female, aged twenty two, was admitted to our clinic. The chief complain was a pain and a swelling in the left forearm. Since she had a fracture of the left Jorearm in nine years old, she had sometimes complained the pain, which has increased up to the time of admission. A roentgenogram revealed irregular conture of the radius and ulna and the presence of multiple phleboliths. They were round or slightly oval, smoothly outlined and many of them were exhibiting concentric laminations. Thre were visible two long and flat mass with normal overlying skin in both volar and dorsal side of the left forearm. It was soft, easily compressible and tender on palpation.Mobility of the wrist joint, especialy rotation, was limited, weakness of both extensor and flexor of the forearm exsisted. The operation was performed under general anesthesia, and the application of a tourniquet on the upperarm. Hemangioma was lying within the extensor digitorum communis muscle, extensor carpi radialis extensor pollicis longus and abductor pollicis longus. We found sixteen phleboliths in it, varying in size from a millet to a pea. Microscopically, the section is made up of carcified nodule within hemangiomatous tissue, which is comple tely changed hyaline degeneration. The tumors in the extensor was almost completely exstirpated, blood loss was 505 grams.
