The patient was a 76 years old male. Chief complaint was swelling of the left shoulder joint. During the operation, the proliferation of brown synovia was seen. Synovectomy was done. Histological findings revealed the proliferation of villous synovia, infiltration of round cells, and also, foamy cells.
