• A case of elastofibroma in left thigh region was reported. This soft tissue tumor was thought to be produced by mechanical stimulus around the osteochondroma in left femoral neck which had been accompanied by osteochondral free bodies for past four years. Histologically by Elastica van Gieson staining, elasto-fibroma fibers were demonstrated in the collagenous tissue of the bursa around the benign osteochondroma.
