• To summarise of our experiments briefly as follows:1) The new antigen used in the experiments was obtained by certain method as the filtrate of the culture of tubercle bacilli grown in an alkali egg-yolk-media, and the special features of the new antigen are mainly on the point of the character of no indication of an anticomplementary and hemolytic powers, an absolute stability against heating and preservation, having always a definite high and sensitive antigenic properties etc.
