Laser Blow-Off (LBO) technique is useful for studying impurity problem in fusion plasma research. In this paper, the composition of LBO particles is experimentally clarified. It was found that the LBO particles ejected from an aluminum thin film were composed of clusters and vaper atoms. For the laser intensity of 4×1011W/m2, the total volume of the clusters was estimated to be roughly a quarter of the LBO particles and the average diameter of the cluster was 20 nm.
