The world most intense D-T neutron source, RTNS- II have served for Japan-US collaboration since 1982 at LLNL, Ca, USA. Two neutron generators have been operated at the maximum neutron yield with 3×1013 n/s. Rather wide range items of the utilizations were selected mainly from the radiation damage studies on fusion materials, under 14 Me V D-T neutrons. Neutron dosimetry, Induced activities and Tritium technology etc were also included. Those experimental studies have been managed under the joint steering committee, and successfully supported by national research groups in several fields. Some typical research results introduced.
