The equations of plasma motion and electric current are modified considering the inertia terms of ions and electrons. One can find the new force in the pressure tensor, which accelarates the plasma towards the wall across the magnetic field. From the modified equation of electric current, the electric current can be determined even when the electrical resistivity is equal to zero.<BR>With these modified equations, the steady long plasma cylinder in a longitudinal magnetic field is discussed. The new force is the centifugal force caused by the large circumferential electric current. The longitudinal and circumferential electric currents are independent of the electrical resistivity depending on the conditions.
