In the present paper, impedance formulae for partially ionized plasma are derived on the basis of the transport equation, involving temperature perturbation. In the first attempt, the density perturbation is completly neglected but the inertia term is retained. The second is based on the ignorance of all space derivatives of the density, velocity and temperature. The third attempt is made with use of the quasisteady approximation, but without exception of the term related to the space charge field.
