The method of turbulent heating which is different from “so called” turbulent heating is proposed. In this heating method, first, high power microwave is incident on the current carrying plasma and excites ion acoustic waves by parametric exatation. These excited waves scatter the translational drift electrons (which carry the plasma current) and rand omnized the motions of the electrons and the ion. i. e. the resistivity is increased by wave-particle interactions. Therefore, the energy input (η <SUB>eff</SUB> J<SUP>2</SUP>) is increased greatly.
