In the previous paper, it was made clear that the proportion of crosslink structure, combined accelerator and ringshaped sulfur had an effect on the oxidation resistance of natural rubber vulcanizates.In this paper, we investigated whether it had an effect upon the oxidation resistance of the vulcanizated rubber to heat the natural rubber vulcanizates of OBS/S. That is to say, we examined the effect of oxidation resistance with respect to cure time, before and after heat history, and network density.From the result of the heat history in nitrogen, oxidation properties in the vulcanizates with high ratio of sulfur became better than under no aging but in the vulcanizates with high ratio of accelerator nrey became worse than that. It is considered that the good oxidation resistance of the former is caused by the decrease of polysulfide, and the poor oxidation resistance of the latter arises from the isolation of combined accelerator.On the other hand, the network density was proportional to the rate of oxygen absorption.
