Main points of arguments lie in misunderstanding such that the divisions of the creep ranges are confused, that the belt-like assembly of point expressions is mistaken as a creep-rupture curve, and that the proposed method of forecasting is to make by using such a number which is not obtained unless after failure.This paper indicates those misunderstandings and mistakes with reasonable proofs.
