1) Shark-liver oil, with or without pyrogallol dissolved, adsorped by casein powder was stored in dispersed light or in dark The color of the oil which was protected from oxidation by pyrogallol was not changed independently of the stored condition, but in case of no pyrogallol it was changed into dark red and the Nitrogen content of the oil was increased. (Table 1) 2) When trimethylamine gas was blowed into the sharkliver oil, then suddely the color was changed into red and the Iodine value was decreased, Saponification value and Nitrogen content was increased. (Table 2)
