In the temperature range from room temperature to the glass-transition point (T<SUB>g</SUB>) of matrix, elastic moduli of CFRP-UD composites, CFRP-FW cylinders and Epoxy resin are measured. An electro-optical extensometer, Zimmer model 200 X, is used in these experiments. Experimental results of E<SUB>x</SUB> are compared with the numerical results by the authors computer program based on measured data for Epoxy and an agreement is very good. Temperature dependency of E<SUB>x</SUB> is directly influenced by that of E<SUB>m</SUB>, but E<SUB>z</SUB> is almost independent of E<SUB>m</SUB>. It should be noted that ν<SUB>m</SUB> has considerable effect on E<SUB>x</SUB>, particularly at near T<SUB>g</SUB> point. Curing temperature history changes trends of temperature dependency of E<SUB>m</SUB> at most Epoxy.
