The present report describes an equipment of the Time-of-Flight neutron diffraction, which is newly installed at the 45 MeV electron LINAC laboratory of Hokkaido University. The equipment is especially suitable for studying the structure of liquid samples, because information concerning the structure factor can be easily obtained in the region of high momentum transfer of neutron, compared with the conventional neutron diffractometry using a steady reactor. Descriptions are given about an arrangement and resolution of the equipment, and about data processing. Liquid samples of heavy water and deuterated benzene are measured, and the applicability of the equipment is shown to the study of intermolecular and intramolecular structure in liquid.
