A report of a case of Ewing's Sarcoma originating from the left portion of the mandibulla in a 12 years old girl was reported.The size of the tumor was 7 *6 *3cm, centered around the left Angulus mandibullae, a part of Corpus mandibullae, and almost the whole Ramus mandibullae was completly destroyed.The case was first diagnosed as Ossifying Fibroma, but histopathologic examination showed it to be Ewing's Sarcoma.67 cases of Ewing's sarcoma were found in the Japanese reports, but only one case of mandibulla origin was reported.
