表在型食道類基底細胞癌の1例

症例は52歳，男性．下部食道に表面平滑な扁平隆起性病変および肛門側に不整形のびらんが認められた．生検では扁平上皮癌と診断されたが，X線，内視鏡所見から粘膜内にとどまる類基底細胞癌の可能性を考え，内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術を施行した．腫瘍は主に上皮下で増殖しておりPAS染色陽性の硝子様物質がみられ，類基底細胞癌と診断された．
