In the Center for Innovation and Creativity Development, we have planned students project activities and have found out various educational subjects by guiding the members of projects. Particularly, we have regarded “raising the capability to make plans” as an essential subject. The lack of the capability causes various problems in project activities, and communications skills are also affected. This tendency is observed in all the projects, though the students of science and liberal arts have participated in the projects. We have taken the measure against students lack of the capability, and have opened a course of liberal arts new for the freshmen based on the knowledge. We will introduce the measure in the lecture and discuss the communications skills as the one side of capability to make plans.
