研究論文(Thesisses)On the subject of the same Personal Information Leak case, someone says "It is an invasion of Privacy of the person". The other one says "Good job !". On the subject of the same Trade Secret Leak case, someone says "It is a piracy of Trade Secret of the company". The other one says "Well done !". On the subject of the same State Secrecy Leak case, someone says "It is an invasion of Secrecy of the State". The other one says "Good job !". In this way, as Information Leak cases have many different aspects, so they have been estimated in different ways even about the same information case as above-mentioned. How should we think about these leak cases in this democratic society under digital networking environment. So this research is aimed to seek a reasonable and coherent understanding about information leak cases by categorizing the cases into several types.
