研究論文(Thesisses)The Sagami-na is selected as one of the Kanagawa brand vegetables. Nutritional characteristics of the Sagami-na are shown as the background of this study. We invented western, Chinese and Japanese recipes separately considering good matching the characteristics of the Sagami-na in taste and preparation. In addition to these studies, the experience from seeding to harvesting of the Sagami-na is described by the courtesy of the Center for Farming of Sagamihara city in September 2012.
