• With the drastic developments in the field of communication, the working environments of engineers and technologists have been changing dramatically. They are required to consider many problems on a global scale. Ko‐sen graduates are also expected to acquire a higher language ability and a sense of internationalunderstanding, besides just skills as engineers. To keep up with these changes in our surroundings, it is essential to reform and develop ideal, effective educational curriculum. In this paper, using results from Part I, we address questionnaires to all Koto‐Senmon Gakkos, examining their present educational situation for the language environments. Then together with our observations from Part I, we propose the measures to take for the ideal stand of practical education at Ko‐sens in an internationalized environment.
