The mature worms of the so-called Japanese Palolo, Bachi, are well known respecting on the remarkable mode of their periodic swarmings. But, there are a few reports concerning the quantitative data of the swarmings. In the previous paper, the author (1959) reported the general view of the swarming behavior of Bachi worms in the brackish Lake Hinuma, Ibaraki Prefecture. Thence, the present paper deals with the lunar periodic change of population density of the swarming worms, which were crowded to acetylene lamp and collected for 15 minutes. These samplings of the worms had been done at the station, which was shown as D_2 in the previous paper, about one hundred meters apart from lake shore during October, 1958 to February, 1959. The total number of Bachi worms which were collected by samplings in each day after new moons and full moons are summarized in Table 1.
