1. The authors made the surveys on the limnological and the biological factors of the Ikari Reservoir on December 5th and 6th, 1961. The limnological results are already reported in the previous paper (Imamura et al., 1962). So the net-planktons in the reservoir in winter will be reported in the present paper. 2. The surveyed 12 localities are shown in Figure 1. Two ways were used for the investigation of the planktons in each station. In one way, the quantitative net was dragged vertically from the point of ten meter-depth in the stations deeper than ten meter and from the bottom in the stations shallower than ten meters. In another way, net was dragged horizontally through surface water by motor-boat in constant slow speed during three minutes. 3. The results obtained are shown in Tables 1 and 2, and in Figures 2 and 3. There can be found no remarkable differences between the data by both methods. 4.
