A circuit of low frequency power measurement by differentially connected vacuo junctions is already known. Author studied in this paper 16 circuits of wattmeter and reactive power meter for the frequency range from D. C. to 100 M. C. After investigated many methods of high frequency power measurement and high frequency wattmeter author proposed this type of meter. Circuit theory, error discussion, study for trial manufacture and calibration are described in this paper with 64 figures and 148 references. Paid special attention for the C-C type wattmeter which is the best for short wave among 16 circuits.
