概要

This papaer describes Talkable Programming Language (TPL), which is an artificial language proposed by Prof. Komamiya, one of the authors. TPL is used as spoken and written languages in scientific and technological fields. A subset of TPL is used as a programming language. This paper deals with the following. (1) Design conditions of TPL. (2) Phonetic symbols, phonemes, characters and syllables used in TPL. (3) TPL words. Basic words of TPL based on the pronounciation of English words are constructed.
