This Study treats a suburban residential area in a local city. There are many houses which should be renewed. Therefore we aims at clarifying the condition and evaluating the environment with focus on aging. We find followings: 1) Besides aging, other negative factors are extracted such as the bad condition of roads. 2) The assumption that there are many houses which should be renewed is confirmed and the houses already renewed have changed the form of house and the use of site. 3) The consciousness on the residential environment is strongly affected by the experience of flood. 4) Future increase of aged only household is predicted.
