In the rapid economic growth age, Japan government declared the purpose of narrowing thelarge economic gap between regions in the regional development policies.However, the purpose was the deception and actually the government couldn't narrow the gapbut gave priority to making economic growth maintain.The regional development policies based on such an economic principle cannot but cause varioussocial problems, and it was failure as a result.
