介護保険法施行後における要介護者支援の中核を担う、介護支援専門員の活動の現状と実態を調査する中から、介護支援専門員のおかれている状況や活動支援の方策を検討し、専門的な資質の向上と問題解決に必要な視点を探った。While investigating the pｒesent condition and the actual condition of activity of a care support special member which bear the core of the person support requiring care after the Long-term Care Insurance Law enforcement, From it worked on the situation and the policy of activity support which have set the care support special member, and the view point required for improvement and problem solution of special nature was explored.
