オオニベ中のストロンチウムの分布について

The concentration of strontium in the scale, skin, dark muscle, ordinary muscle, gill, heart, kidney, liver, spleen, pyloric caeca, stomach, intestine, testis and bone of Oonibe (Argyrosomus japonicus) captured at the East China Sea was determined and molar ratio of the strontium to calcium calculated. The maximum and minimum values of the ratio were observed in the gill and bone respectively. In the latter, the amount of strontium in the vertebral columns except the neural and haemal spines was more than that in the spines of the columns.放射性物質の海洋汚染の基準として,海洋生物中の全Sr分布を知ることは大切なことであるので東シナ海産オオニベArgyrosomus japonicusを試料として,各組織中の全Sr/Ca比を求めた。その結果,鰓が最高値(2.79),背椎骨が最少値(0.30)を示した。また背椎骨についてさらに細分して定量を行なった結果,脊椎骨全般についてはかなりの変動がみられ脊椎骨本体が最高値(0.36)を示し,骨端が最低値(0.28)を示した。
