This paper is discussed mainly with the features of N in the structure 'You 有 + N + VP'. First, let's look at the structure of the '有+N' has a function of auxiliary verb. Then It'll be limited to four conditions. We can find that N that will be competented is an abstract noun with the meaning of positive and it also bring a phrase with realized meaning. The structure can be separated into two parts. One is bringing along the affirmative and negative VP of '権利、理由、可能'. The other one is only bringing the affirmative's VP of '決心、信心、資格、希望、責任、義務' etc.
