心理教育としての「スクールカウンセラー通信」 ― 震災版スクールカウンセラー通信を作って ―

子どものPTSD治療法においても「心理教育」は有効とされており、今年3月に起きた東北・関東地方「東日本大震災」の際に、学校で、の心理教育に役立つツールとして、「震災版スクールカウンセラ一通信(以下sc通信と表記)」を作成した。本稿では、「震災版sc通信」の作成過程を紹介しながら、sc通信が単に広報活動だけではなく、心のケアにおいて重要な役割を果たしていることについて触れ、今後、学校で心理教育としての「sc通信」が導入されるためにどういった活用方法があり、留意点があるのか考察する。Psycho-education is important for the treatment for children's PTSD. This article introduces the school counselor's newsletter taking children care about the earthquake in Eastern Japan. This newsletter is expected to perform a tool of useful psycho-education toward the upper grades of elementary school and junior high school students after the earthquake in Eastern Japan，o n March 11, 2011. This article reported process of the making of the newsletter to the article readers，a nd suggested that the school counselor's newsletter plays an important role as the mental health care. We consider the efficient utilization of the school counselor's newsletter as psycho-education in the school and the point of notice for uses.
