環境財政の検討と中国環境財政の現状

環境政策史を振り返った場合、何れの国においても、国の公共政策や財政資金の果たされた役割は大きい。しかし環境財政の用語や研究は最近になって注目された学問分野であり、未だに学術的な理論体系を形成されていない。本稿は先行研究の成果を踏まえ、環境政策の取り扱い範鴫やそれに対応する環境財政の現況と課題を中国を中心に明らかにし、財政制度改革や統計制度の制約によって直面した現実と課題を整理した。　If you look back the history of environmental policy, in any country, public policy and fiscal funds play an important role. But the term and search on environmental fiscal is an academic field that was recently noted, that not yet formed an academic theoretical system. Based on the results of previous research paper, this paper is aimed at clarifying the categories of the environmental policy and the present situation of the environmental fiscal, and organizing the reality and challenges facing by restriction of fiscal reform and statistical system.
