この度、画面読み上げソフトや拡大表示機能を持たせた、視覚障害を持つ教員にも使いやすいWeb 教材作成ソフトを開発した。このソフトを使用して、これも視覚障害を持つ生徒向けに問題集としてだけではなく、説明型CAI の機能を持った理療科（解剖学、単元は「下肢の筋」）の自主学習用Web 教材を作成し実践した。その結果、特に中途視覚障害生徒にとって必要性があり、記憶の定着をはじめ学習環境の向上がある程度期待できることが明らかになったので報告する。
