研究ノート(Note)昨今の多極化するオペレーションの結果,工場間の関係性も複雑に錯綜する。本稿は3つの地域(日本,タイ,チェコ)に立地する工場の間で交錯する技術移転・支援のありようを検討する。日常オペレーションの技術支援・移転フローは海外工場間(新設のチェコ工場と既存拠点のタイ工場)で形成されている。他方,チェコ工場のオペレーション高度化に向けた知識は日本工場が提供する。これらは,各拠点の特性を活かしたグローバル生産体制構築の姿だと評価することができる。Recently, the relationship among factories of Japanese makers has become complicated. This paper considers the actual condition of the technology transfer/support which becomes entangled among the factories located in three areas (Japan, Thailand, Czech). The Thailand factory takes charge of the technical assistance/transfer of routine operation to the Czech factory newly established in overseas. A Japanese factory supply the knowledge of the advancement in operation to them. This is an example which is using two technical flows well in the global production system.
