本研究は，アメリカンフットボールのコーチングに役立てることを目的として，大学生のアメリカンフットボール選手146名を対象にモラール調査を行った基礎的研究である。その結果，攻撃チームバックスの「達成」，守備チームの「コミュニケーション」に大きな特徴を得た。また，ポジション別のモラールにそれぞれ特徴があることが示唆された。This study is intended to assist in American football coaching, research is morale survey subjects were 146 American football players. As a result, The backs of offensive players“achieved”and the defensive players “communication”got a big feature. It was also suggested that the morale characteristics of each position.
