There are two objectives in this thesis: one is to clarify features of communication in the process of digital contents tourism creation and development. Another is to indicate how manage interaction among various actor containing tourists in information society. This research adopts the following method. 1: Construction of method for communication analysis in contents tourism. 2: Analysis of “Lucky☆Star Mikoshi (portable shrine) in a case “Washimiya” as sacred place of “Lucky☆Star”. This research shows that communication between various actors create contents tourism process and that actors who reconcile among various stakeholders having interests is needed in contents tourism management.
