In recent year,diagnostic imaging system with high performance can provide accurate diagnostic information of patients.However,a huge number of images obtained by various modalities lead to informationoverload for the radiologist who must interpret the images. Therefore，we have developed the computer aided diagnostic system by using comprehensive image processing technique. This paper contains the current process of the reading for the differential diagnosis of liver disease， and is a detail of the lecture of the6th MRI seminar held at HiroshimaInternational University.
