This text aims to trace the approval of the day-care center and the transition of the day-care center child care indicator, and to consider the day-care center child care indicator and the relation of the child care course of today. Two preschool facilities in our country exist greatly now. One is a kindergarten as the educational institution, and another is a day-care center as the welfare institution. There is ‘Kindergarten education points’ in the kindergarten, and is ‘Day-care center child care indicator’in the day-care center in those organizations. Facilities of both are traced the genealogy where approval and the approval passage are quite different, and extend to the present now. Making making to the day-care center and the day-care center in the kindergarten a kindergarten is advanced now. The day-care center child care indicator became Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare notification for the first time at a kindergarten education points and a simultaneous period this time. And, the child care course in the day-care center was obligated. Up to now, it has been understood that it is PDCA cycle of plan → execution → reflection evaluation that doesn't change consistently. Actually verifying the child care course will become a problem in the future.
