論文 (Article)Before 1988, as for the decision making in the prefectural high school, the decision making by the staff meeting was made as organizational decision making. However, the decision making system of the prefectural high school transformed after the Ringi system was introduced into the prefectural high school in 1988. The purpose of this paper is to consider that transformation. As that result, the introduction of the Ringi system reinforced a principal's decision making system formally and substantially.
