This paper describes preparation of CuInS2 thin films as an absorption layer material for thin filmsolar cells. The film has been prepared by sulfurization of spin-coated Cu/In metal precursors. Cu/In ratios in the films were controlled by changing Cu/In ratios in the solution. The stoichiometric films were obtained at solution ratio of Cu/In=1.7, reputation of 8, sulfurizing temperature and time of 475C and 45 min
