日中関係は2006年に小泉純一郎首相が退陣した後,徐々に正常化したようにみえる。本論文は安倍晋三首相の2006年10月の訪中(「氷を砕く旅」),中国の温家宝首相の2007年4月の訪日(「氷を融かす旅」),福田康夫首相の2007年12月の訪中(「迎春の旅」),胡錦涛中国国家主席の2008年5月の訪日(「暖かい春の旅」)に対する日本のメディアの反応を検討し,日中関係の行方を考察するものである。The China-Japan relationship has improved significantly due to fruitful meetings of the two countries'top leaders since Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi stepped down in 2006. The aim of this article is to examine the response of the Japanese media towards the following tours by the two countries'top leaders: Premier Shinzo Abe's "ice-breaking" visit to China in October 2006, Premier Wen Jiabao's "ice-thawing" trip to Japan in April 2007; Premier Yasuo Fukuda's "spring-heralding" tour to China in December 2007 and President Hu Jintao's "warm-spring" state visit to Japan in May 2008.
