This report is on an apparatus which indicates directly, in curve of dielectric constant vs field strength, the nonlinear dielectric characters of the ferroelectric materials under the supply of alternating fields with oscilloscope. As the results of observations, a dynamic characteristic curve of the dielectric's capacitance vs electric field has been decided for the design of dielectectric amplifier. The relations between propeller types of hysteresis loops and short time aging effects has been examined. The characteristic curve for the single crystal and ceramic films which are unstable for d. c. bias strength has been decided in various frequencies. The dielectric constant gained by this apparatus satisfactorily agrees with that measured with Q meter.
