重度・重複障害児の自立活動の在り方--興味的自立と感覚運動学習

教育現場では、重度・重複障害児の「自立」とは何なのか、「自立活動」と「教科」との関連性がどうなっているのか、等々「得体が知れない」という声をよく耳にする。したがって、本稿の目的は「自立活動」を構造的に解明することを通して、重度・重複障害児における自立活動の目標・内容等の在り方について探ることに置かれた。 その目的を達成するために、主として（１）自立活動の目標との関連から領域の無限性の明確化、（２）自立活動の内容との関連からL字型自立活動の構造化という二つの観点からアプローチを試みることとした。 その結果、発達段階が１歳前後に停滞せざるを得ない重度・重複障害児の自立活動の在り方として、（１）全体の目標については、便宜上、障害の状態の改善・克服と調和的発達の基盤の二つに分け、重度・重複障害児教育の目標を「興味的自立」におくこと、（２）内容については、発達の基盤の無限性を従来の３歳レベルから１歳レベルまで下げ、「感覚運動学習」を中心に構成すること、以上の２点が示唆された。The purpose of this study should be made clear how severely and multiply handicapped children can get their independent activity by constructively analyzing the independent activity, which has been thought as nondescript until now. In order to achive its purpose, the following two methods of approaching were made : 1. Clear up the infinity of territory connection with the purpose of independent activity. 2. Construct the L-type independent activity in connection with the substance of Independent activity. As a result, it was suggested that the whole aim was comprehended by classifying improving and overcoming the handicapped stage, and cultivating the developing basis. It was also suggested that the adequacy which constructs the substance should be derived by lowering the developing stage from the traditional three-year-old level to the one-year-old level.
