概要

• Interactive Communication, a new course that Joetsu University of Education introduced in 2000 is intended as a model for a future teacher education curriculum. The new conceptualization of expression suggested by this course is expected to serve as a important clue to the makeup of the curriculum. The implementation of the new course is however, not without problems: The most biggest problem would be how to integrate the new course with more traditional specialized courses such as music and fine art.
