This paper analizes the Direct Transaction Organizsations (DTOs) which are changing under the diversified distribution channels of organic farm products. Concluding remarks are following three points.Firstly, we can see the diversification of organic products channels from the latter harf of 1980s. Consumers have been able to buy them through not only DTOs, such as organic farm groups, buying clubs and consumer co-operatives, but also even supermarkets. This diversification has caused the changes of DTOs.Secondly, the changing DTOs can be divided into three types, ie. organic farmers directly cooperated with consumer groups, joint buying clubs which have a specialist in charge of distribution to the members and home delivery services of organic products which have national network like "Polan Hiroba".Thirdly, the last home delivery services are growing rapidly and they are supported by consumers demanding convenience like working women. However, organic products are likely regarded as mere commodities as the same as in supermarkets, and the distance between farmers and consumers becomes farther in those DTOs.
