招待論文To make Kochi University of Technology up to a modern university in which all members work for education and research with happiness and satisfaction, I created an educational lecturer system as well as the Special Scholarship Program when I became the president in 2001. The educational lecturer having abundant social experiences successfully teaches freshmen and sophomores to promote professional consciousness. In addition, beyond my expectations, the ten to thirteen educational lecturers enthusiastically act as the vocational advisor to students.
