前近代的交通体系下において, 海から離れた所へ, 儀礼の際必要とされる海産物が, 如何にして運び込まれていたかを, 検討する。事例は北陸から信濃への年取魚=鰤の移入路で, 積雪季であることから, ボッカと呼ばれる人担輸送機関が担い手となっていた。（１）越後経由と（２）飛騨経由の2ルートを取り上げたが, （１）は塩の移入路であったため輸送制度が設けられたのに対し, （２）は塩の移入が行われず制度設定は無い。この相違は, 鰤輸送に関わる古文書が, （１）では一定量が見られるのに対し, （２）では少ないとの, 違いの要因になっていると考えられる。この作業を通じて, 儀礼の遂行には経済的裏付けが不可欠であることを, 論証した。 （英文） The purpose of this research is to examine how marine products necessary for ceremonies were transported to such places away from the sea. The case considered in this research shows transportation routs for yellow tail needed for the New Year from Hokuriku to Shinano in the winter season. For this reason, the transportation of yellow tail was mainly organized by a manpower transportation agency called Bokka. This research took two transportation routes: （１） a route through Echigo and （２） a route through Hida. Salt was not transported over the first route through Echigo, thus no transportation system was established. A certain number of old documents related to the transportation of yellow tail can be found regarding the first route （１）, whereas fewer documents are found regarding the second route （２）. This can probably be regarded as a factor for the difference mentioned above. Through this research work, we showed that economic support is essential for conducting ceremonies.
