生徒の多様化と高校改革の課題 : 府県の改革案を中心に

　高校教育改革（高校改革）が行われる背景の一つは「少子化」である。だが、改革が行われる他の背景を合わせて考察するのでなければ、高校改革課題の本質は明らかにされない。本稿は、もう一つの背景として「生徒の多様化」があげられるという仮説を立て、府県の高校改革案にその実態を探るものである。同時に、「生徒の多様化」に対応する高校教育改革のあり方についても検討する。　Behind the recent reform of high schools has been the decrease in the young population. But, unless we consider other factors behind it, it will be difficult to make clear the true nature of the issue of the high-school reform. In this paper, we hypothesize that the diversification of students in another important background factor, and we research the actual circumstances in the prefectural plan. At the same time, we examine the course that the high-school reform should take.
