Compound testicular luxation in neonates caused by birth trauma is an extremely rare disease that requires an emergency operation for scrotal laceration. A one-day-old male infant was operated on for scrotal laceration through which the right testicle was exposed. At operation, the right testicle was found in the wound with dark purple discoloration viewed through the opened tunica vaginalis. The reduction of the testicle was easily done, and the wound was closed with the interrupted chromic catgut suture. The postoperative course was uneventful.
